First time in two week, I've been able to squat. I seperated my shoulder two weeks ago. Still can't get under the bar for back squats. Front squats with two #performbetter mini bands at 155lbs. 7 sets of 5. Unfortunately, the new years day pullup challenge will be put off until next year.
