My Brothers
I have brothers of blood, brothers of war and brothers of life. We laugh, we debate, we support. There is no weakness in these bonds. As we grow and migrate into our own lives, we alway remember thereās a den for us to come to when we need a break. No words will be spoken, no actions to be taken, whats understood doesnāt need to be said. Sleep, laugh, eat and go back into woods with comfort that the den will always be there and your brothers will always be there.

Future fading faces
Originally, this is a photo of me in my traditional wear while holding my country flag. As the photo went through different sequences, I realise my face fading into a scary animation. What would happen if I went deeper? - Johnson Mayamba
Journalism Evolves
Journalism has evolved, over time. This sequence shows a representation of how it has evolved. This is the first amendment forum in the Walter Cronkite building. Across the United States, well-known Journalism Schools have not evolved. They look like the first picture. They are old and care only about print journalism. However, journalism is evolving! People want more out of the news. They want visuals, words, interactiveness, and more! That is why multimedia journalism is so popular. I believe it is the future! The Cronkite School has done a great job evolving with the times and keeping journalism alive. That is what makes this school one of the best. I think journalism as a whole has not been great at keeping up with the times, but the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism has. I love being part of this school. -Alexia Stanbridge
Scratchy Yet Soft
I originally started with a photo I took just last night looking up at a part of the W. P. Carey School of Business building (which lights up at night). Then, for the second photo, I used a steel wool edit on the image to give it a brighter look and more brassy steel effect. Finally, for the third photo and final project, I used the deep dream effect onĀ āDeepā, which produced a very bright and trippy final product. I wanted to go with these three because I like the idea of this harder scratchy brass texture combined with the soft circles/eyes and an extra pop of color between the original LED lights and the added filters. - Kiersten Moss
Into the Dream-verse
I started with this close-up picture of a tree because I like how the branch leads the eye across the image. As I added the painting filters and AI filters, I felt like the branch acted like a visual tunnel that was taking the viewer into a deeper and deeper dimension. I have strange dreams, so I like how each image slowly gets a little weirder and weirder. The last image is a little visually uncomfortable, and I feel like it is bringing a person into the most uncomfortable place in theĀ āDream-verseā I created. - Erin Brassey
My Own Hildebrandt
Here we see my crazy dog getting crazier! From start to finish he is looking softer and more airbrushed in the image. My favorite image is the center one because it looks as if someone professionally painted his portrait on a canvas. By the time is gets to the last picture it unfortunately loses its resolution and starts to blend him into the background.Ā
Makes me wonder what another generation of the last image would look like...
