This is Kue Pancong or Bandros as they call it in Bandung or Srabi Rangin in Central Java. This traditional cake is made of grated coconut, rice flour, coconut milk and a pinch of salt. Usually the seller will sprinkle some castor sugar and moooore grated coconut on top of the cakes, but I prefer to eat it 'plain'. Savoury and scrumptious, Bandros is best enjoyed warm with a cup of tea ☕ >> swipe to see how the end-product looks and the stall I found in Bandung 🌁 #divakeuken #indonesiantraditionalfood #streetfood #kuebandros #kuepancong #serabirangin #coconutmilk #coconut #makanapadibandung #divakeukenjajan (at Bandung)
