It's finding anything to buy at the market, especially when you're practically invisible to most people, Let him tell you that. But the lords seemed to smile at Mikleo today, and a turtlez walked nearby, trying to sell his goods. Mikleo had been saving for MONTHS, waiting for the right moment give his everything. "It's nothing fancy, but," thw water seraph mumbled, slipping a silver ring on his finger, strands or golden flowers decorating it, diamonds at it's center, "But I hope you'll like it"
FOR some odd reason, Mikleo wasn’t present much today. He wondered what on earth he was up to, as it didn’t seem like he was interested in scouring ruins -- rather, it seemed like he was determined to find something. They were resting up in town today but the Water Seraph spent quite a bit of time away from Sorey which led him wondering what was going on. He decided to leave him alone for now and just wander the place with Rose. When Mikleo was like this, there was no use bothering him until later.
As evening was drawing near, his partner finally approached him willingly and Sorey graced him with his usual smile. ❝ Hey, where were you all day ? ❞ Before he could interrogate him further, Mikleo stopped in front of him to take his hand and slip on … a ring ? He blinked, staring blankly at the accessory before realizing what he was going on about.❝ Woah … where did you even find this ? This is beautiful ! ❞ He lifted it to the sky, noticing how brilliantly it glowed beneath the sun. He couldn’t help but notice how well-crafted and intricate it was. Seriously, Mikleo never ceased to surprise him. His smile stretched even further. ❝ Have you been saving for this ? How did you even get it anyways ?❞ He honestly couldn’t take his eyes off his gift … it was just that beautiful to him -- or perhaps it was the thought that Mikleo gifted him something so special. ❝ You got ahead of me, that’s for sure.❞ He laughed and stepped closer to caress the side of his cheek.❝ ... Thanks Mikleo. I’ll keep this with me wherever I go.❞ With the softening of his smile, he closed the distance between their faces so that he could lock their lips into a tender kiss.
❝ Well, it looks like I have to find something even better. ❞ He joked once he pulled away and he reached to lovingly intertwine their fingers together. ❝ I can’t wait to tell everyone, can’t you ? ❞
