Today I had like, a creme egg and a massive cadburys chocolate bar (smack on wrist) cheese on toast and then Poppys left over tikka masala and rice and then like a litre of smoothie because all my bananas and strawberries were going off. I also did TEN WHOLE PRESSUPS (fake ones hehehehe) 120 crunches, held dish for like a minute, held plank for like 30 seconds and then climbed into bed. I also walked around hanley for like 2-3 hours shopping (yes that also counts)
I generally feel a hell of a lot better when I've been more active, I know theres some scietificy thing to do with it releasing dopamine or seratonine or something all I know is that it feels good to be moving about.
