It'd been an idea itching at the back of Will's mind for what felt like weeks now, but the dark bags under Percy's eyes this morning had convinced him to bring it to fruition.

Nightmares were common at camp. The type of horror Demigods faces was the kind that left its mark, and Percy had seen more than most. It didn't surprise Will that Percy struggled to find peaceful sleep at night. What did surprise him was the couple of times Percy had drifted off against him during their...he didn't want to call them dates. During the times they hung out.

Maybe it was him, maybe it was just having another person. The reason didn't matter. Percy seemed to sleep better when they were together, and Will was not afraid to push that point if it meant Percy getting a full night's rest.

He took in a deep breath and raised his hand to knock at Cabin Three's door.

Only a few moments passed before Percy opened the door, wearing nothing but his underwear. Will, with a not insignificant amount of effort, kept his eyes on Percy's face.

"Will?" Percy asked, tilting his head to the side.

"Hey," Will whispered. "I, uh, was wondering if I could stay the night with you?"

Percy blinked. "Are your siblings being annoying?"

"No," Will said. "No. I, uh, I sleep better when I'm with someone. Nightmares have been getting bad."

Not his nightmares. But a white lie never hurt anyone.

Percy's face softened and he stepped back to open the door immediately. "Of course," he said. "Come on."

Will followed Percy in, far too aware of his face heating as he realized it was just him and Percy alone in the cabin. This thing between them, undeniable thought it was, was still new. It felt fragile. Like if hew blew too hard he's blow it all down.

"Uh," Percy said, reaching a hand up to scratch the back of his head. "I can set up another bunk, or..."

"No," Will rushed out. "No. I, uh, want to stay with you."

"Well, come on then," Percy said, sitting down on the bed with mussed blankets. "There should be enough room for both of us."

Will nodded and, before he could second-guess it, took off his shirt and shoved his pants to the ground. He didn't miss how Percy's eyes looked him up and down and he knew he'd made the right choice.

"Budge over," he said.

Percy did, lying on his side in an obvious invitation for Will to be the big spoon and Will almost melted at the sight.

He lied down behind Percy, adjusting the blankets and hesitantly wrapping his arm around Percy's waist. "Good?"

Percy nodded and melted back against him. "Yeah."

Will pressed a kiss to Percy's shoulder. "Good," he said. "Now go to sleep. I'll protect you from nightmares."

Percy breathed out a laugh. "I should have known."

He hummed an kissed Percy's shoulder again. "Sleep."

For the Legacy of the Big Three, just want to know if Will Solace will have a major role in the story. :) I think our favourite blond must to have~

Honestly, I don’t know yet. I’ve barely managed to agree with myself on side pairings, still ironing out the team constellations and thus the platonic dynamics among the characters.

I know I want Nico to actually... have friends... in this. It’s an AU where Bianca doesn’t die, where Maria never died, where Nico gets raised by both his parents, with his sister, so that’s naturally going to affect his social behavior compared to canon where he was just... alone.

So it’s very likely that Will’s gonna end up in Nico’s team (in more senses than one xD) and is going to be one of Nico’s closest friends at the school. But if they only meet there or have known each other prior, I haven’t figured that out yet.

Thanks for answering my request about Sugino'a type! Now can I ask about Isogai's type ?

Isogai would also, much like Sugino go for people who are innately nice and ambitious in their own right. Much like himself, he would like those who can hold their own and function perfectly fine without help and who are more than willing to go out of their own way to aid others - even if it inconveniences them. He’d like them to be friendly and be willing to deal with his siblings and make him feel secure enough that he’s able to lean on them and they won’t just turn their backs to him. 

Even if they have a hard shell, he’s more than patient enough to spend enough time with you and get to know you. As long as you don’t go out of your way to hurt others, he’d love having a teach and learn kind of relationship - with both of you mutually benefiting the other. You don’t have to be the most outgoing or reserved of people, Isogai’s already been prepared by his family to handle whatever personality types are out there. 

As long as you’ll have him, I’m sure Isogai won’t mind if you’re a little snarky or sarcastic. Although, he won’t have it if you’re intentionally mean or overly protective/jealous.

I've seen your awesome LIS2 headcanons!!! Now I'd like to ask you about some. What if Chris had to go with Sean and Daniel in their journey to Puerto Lobos?

Thank you! I’m glad you like my headcanons! I originally thought Chris would tag along, so I did think of some in between episodes:

- Chris is a real sweetheart. He’s usually a calm, quiet kid but he can get rowdier with Daniel. But when Sean needs the kids to be quiet, Chris is usually the one to get Daniel to listen.

- Sean is probably facepalming at every interaction they have but he warms up to them pretty quickly and secretly likes that he has two little kids for company to keep his spirits up, and to give Daniel a reason to smile.

- Sean completely gives up on trying to stop Daniel from showing off his powers because Chris flips out when Daniel moves literally anything. He decides it’s cute to watch, anyway, let the kids have some fun, why not.

- Chris knows how to spruce up all their campsites, using his imagination to make nights in the woods more exciting and less scary. On the nights where Sean doesn’t need help gathering firewood, the kids build forts and bases together.

- Chris wears all of Sean’s colored pencils down to nubs, but Sean loves every minute he gets to spend teaching Chris about proportions, shading, and coloring techniques. Every time, Chris says, “Dude, I swear you’re a professional! How can you think you’re not?!”

- Sean starts calling Chris kiddo, then eventually “enano” :)

- One night Sean wakes up and hears crying and thinks Daniel is crying over Esteban again, but it’s Chris. He asks if he’s okay and Chris says he misses his mom. After Sean gives him a hug, Chris admits that even though they’re on the run in dangerous conditions, he feels more safe with Sean than he has in a long time.

- Sean constantly tells Daniel off for swearing, but what really gets him to stop is when Chris tells him, “Hey! Superheroes don’t swear!” After that he never swears again.

- Daniel and Chris bond over their missing parents. Sean listens from a distance, letting the kids work through their emotions together.

- Some days are a never-ending stream of “Are we there yet?” “NOW are we there?” “I’m tired of waaaalking!” “SEEEEAAAANNNN!!!” Sean, internally: Oh my god why did I ever agree to let another kid tag along

- Now when the kids ask for a bedtime story, Sean tells stories about the awesome adventures of Captain Spirit, Superwolf, and Silver Runner/Professor Diaz/El Diazbolos Loco.

- One day, Chris asks if the brothers can teach him some Spanish. Daniel butts in with, “Oh, sure! Pinche means—” but Sean quickly interrupts with, “NO, we are NOT teaching him that.”

OMFG YOU DID IT!!! Ok then, give me Percy and Will

So, Percy and Will are actually a favorite ship of mine. In my head they're just two people who totally make sense. I feel like they'd take such good care of each other, and it'd be full of healthy communication and support and peace. I love them. While I have a few fics for them, I don't think I have any where they specifically get together.

I think it'd be a quiet sort of thing. They start talking in group settings or at camp, maybe when Will starts going to New Rome University. They don't intend to date, but it just kinda happens. One day they're hanging out on their own and they both have an oh moment. Sure, they've been attracted to each other but that was never the thought process here. Maybe one reaches out for the other's hand, hesitant, a bit nervous, but it's accepted. It's slow and sweet and so, so soft.

I've talked about an angstier idea with @anxioustofu, but even with a very angsty background setting, they still get together in that fall together sorta way.
