imagine in the future we'd have to clarify that we're human on the internet, not in a "disprove you're a robot" way, but like. there WILL be an advanced AI that can use the internet the way we do now. it will definitely raise questions about equality (sexism/racism/etc. look silly now huh?) between the species, human rights, their status in "our" world.
this is the closest to aliens that we'd get (in this century, at least).
not that we should be interested in our own planet and very diverse yet connected life forms that could help with understanding our nature and consciousness.
