I entered the Sherlock fandom in 2012 through fandom. Since then, so many of my favorites have been taken off the web. Luckily, some of those early vidders survive.
Continuing my nostalgic remembrance of vids from the past, here is war drums from 2010. I was happy to find that Serena S is still making vids! Here is her newest Sherlock vid from December 2016!!! Go follow her or something.
You can see the evolution of a vidder from her earlier work to this much more complex one. I really do think that fan vids are where our future movie editors will come from. Do you see Sherlock’s image in the window, the shot from Scandal? Great isn’t it.
