My SonoEssay is called Serenity at Last. It features a young couple who for the past twenty years have worked and have overcome many obstacles to finally become two responsible adults who were able to save up and get away from the pressures of reality. Drew, the main character, explains to Angie, his significant other, that their strong determination to succeed and thrive in school and work environments has led them to this point. The sono-essay consists of tones such as anxiety relief, humor, and relate-ability. The purpose of this mini-podcast was to allow the audience to lose themselves for a few minutes into a realm of reflection. Everyone has to overcome daily struggles and this podcast illustrates narration along with sound effects to execute a polished structure that simulates a typical podcast.
*P.S. I was sick while recording this so I do apologize for the nasally voice.
