Most popular multichapter: The nearest and dearest (and only) fic to my heart, Borderland Sorrows, an Abelas/Lavellan post-trespasser enemies-to-lovers story (or more accurately reluctant rivals who are not awesome at being enemies to reluctant allies to actual allies to mutual pining to lovers)
Actual worst part of writing: Mostly finding the alignment of the time and the mental capacity to do so lately. Otherwise, I really love writing.
How you choose your titles: Fun fact, I can never, ever read the word ‘titles’ correctly the first time. It’s always ‘titties’ and I guess I’m not really that picky? But for titles, I look to songs, poems, and for chapter titles I try to pick a single word (or a play on words) that has to do with the theme of that chapter.
Do you outline: I do! And I’m a happier writer when I have a basic framework. I like to seed hints well in advance and knowing what’s coming makes that a lot easier. I like to know that the puzzle is going to fit together even if I’m adjusting some stuff as I go.
Ideas I probably won't get around to, but wouldn't it be nice? I come up with crack shots constantly and have yet to get around to writing any of them. For the couple ideas I’m more serious about, I’m working on outlining... for when I unlock the secret of never sleeping.

15. What is the fanfic you’ve written that you’re most proud of? Friendo - I present the one and only fanfic I’ve ever written and am super proud of - Borderland Sorrows, my enemies to lovers, Abelas loving, lore dabbling long fic.

I made some slight progress! ....on Elvhen slang.
From an upcoming chapter of Borderland Sorrows, where Abelas and Nepenthe Lavellan face much danger post-trespasser, and also occasional language barriers.
(adahl’ean literally means “wood bird” - previously Nepenthe had told him how to identify the mushroom by that name)

She sat up, watching him warily and rubbing her wrist. “Yeah, understood. Just... don’t accidentally kill me. You wouldn’t survive out here for long.”
“Debatable. I know how to find an adahl’ean now.” His tone hinted there was something he found amusing about this.
“Why is that funny?”
Abelas cleared his throat, looked at the underside of the tarp. “Ah… Adahl’ean was a slang term for a… body part. The mushroom somewhat resembles it.”
She continued to watch him for a moment, to see if he was joking, and when it became clear he wasn’t, she rolled her eyes and turned away. Wonderful. Another thing her people had gotten wrong. The mushroom that was named for a penis and not a bird. She bit her lip hard, unsure if she was holding back laughter or tears.

10. What is their favorite food?
Nepenthe: “Bread. I will absolutely devour the crusty kind and burn my fingers trying to eat it fresh out of the oven.”
Abelas: “You do not usually tell people that.”
N: “I know, I must be in a sharing mood. Or maybe I just really want some bread. I don’t usually mention it because I didn’t have leavened bread until Haven and it’s one of those things people get weird about. But now I’m learning to bake it and it’s really fun. Anyway, tell them about your favorite food.”
A: “I believe they have already heard the story, but I am very fond of potatoes. More so now that I am able to have them again. They are the best of all foods and should be in everything - don’t scoff molain, it is true - but my favorite way to have them is sliced thin and fried in oil with a mix of brown sugar, smoked paprika, and chili powder on them.”
N: “I’ll give it to you - They are really good that way. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, a little bit spicy and a little bit sweet. I’m still not sold on the idea that they go with everything though.”
A: “I am a patient man. I can wait for you to come around.”
17. What are they like when they’re drunk?
Nepenthe: “I become more competitive and less controlled. It’s a really bad combination if anyone starts daring me to do anything. I tended not to drink much when I was Inquisitor for that reason. But if I’m just with friends, sometimes things get out of hand.”
Abelas: “She accidentally froze herself to a tree last time.”
N: “Well, at least you knew where I was.”
Abelas: “It takes me a while to get drunk, but then I am generally relaxed, not all that different.”
N: (Shoots him a disbelieving look).
A: “Alright, I may get a little…sentimental.”
N: “He’s a complete sap. I’m talking huge, sloppy grin, staring at me from across the room, sappy.”
A: “I…Yes, that is true.” (He shrugs.) “I like you.”
N: “I know - you say that a lot too when you’re drunk. And you get cuddly, and give me the most ridiculous compliments.”
A: “No, my compliments are very serious.”
N: “The last time, you kept telling me I was the light of your life and my hair was like a great nest that you wanted to build a home in.”
A: (He rubs his mouth, possibly covering a smile.) “Did I really say that? I will endeavor to give better compliments next time.”
N: “No, don’t. I love your compliments. No one else has wanted to make a home in me.”
A: (Grows more serious and looks at her intently). “You are my home. You know that.”
N: (Reaches up to put her hand against his face and whispers) “Yeah, I know that. As you are mine.”
21. Favorite kind of weather?
Nepenthe: “I think we both prefer mild weather - not too hot because armor gets sweaty and not too cold because it’s nice to not have to get really bundled up every time you go outside.”
