Fukuda is Not Used to attention

Higashio and Fukuda both dislike scary movies for different reasons– Higashio is scared easily, and Fukuda just falls asleep through them. Ootsuki and Shou both love scary movies and watch them together the most. Serizawa doesn’t get them and isn’t really spooked easily. He likes making snacks for everyone though, so its cool.

Anyway, a family can be a small psychic kid and four psychic dads.

(u can tag as a ship as long as shou isn’t a part of it, dont be gross)

(also i have no fucken clue what the ship name for this would be so suggestions are welcome)

“Here’s a glass of… whatever,” Higashio says with a grimace, sliding it across the kitchen island to where Serizawa nurses a clotting head injury– a minor workplace accident that’d sent him home early. Higashio’s the only one home, a frazzled Fukuda stuck in traffic on the way to help take care of it, and Ootsuki out with work. “I’m not sure what’s all in this exactly but, uh, it should help with the pain.”

Serizawa looks at the drink with suspicion, a oily mixture sloshing around in the small shot glass. It’s not that he distrusts Higashio, but… this is probably a bad idea.

“Don’t we have any, uh… normal medication?”

Higashio rolls his eyes. “Ootsuki used up the last of it and forgot to tell anyone till today. Fukuda should be here any minute though, so…” an implied ‘you’ll be fine’ hangs on the trailed off words.

Another pang of pain makes him hiss.

“Well. Whatever, I don’t have much to lose.”

He downs it fast and shudders at the taste.

Recovering his composure, he suddenly gets the feeling he did something wrong, if Higashio’s suddenly pale face is anything to go by.

“Serizawa Katsuya I never said you were supposed to DRINK that!” He shrieks, immediately pouring a big glass of water for him. “That was supposed to go on the wound!”

“Wh– you– oh my god.” He’s not sure if he’s feeling sick because of this mistake or the fact that now he knows this is a mistake. His tongue feels kind of numb though. “Oh my god why didn’t you stop me!?”

Five glasses of water and a panicking Higashio later, Fukuda finally rushes into the room to see a miserable-looking Serizawa on the couch and Higashio fully prepared to call the doctor.

“Oh thank god you’re here, I accidentally poisoned him I think, holy shit you can cure that right oh god oh god–”

Fukuda blinks. “You poisoned–”

“Less words more healing please!” Higashio says with a hysteric voice, pushing Fukuda forward to the couch where Serizawa looks mostly grumpy about this whole situation.

And, just like that, Fukuda’s healing aura presses against his temple and his stomach and the situation is gone. Everyone takes a breath of relief when Serizawa sits up and gingerly touches where he’d been injured– only a faint scar remains, something that will heal up within a few days.

“You feel better?” Fukuda asks.

Serizawa chuckles. “Much better. Thank you. And, Higashio, please don’t hand me liquids without telling me how to use them.” He shrugs. “I’m a simple man, I see something in a shot glass, I’m probably going to drink it.”

the only reason i dont draw more serikudashiosuki is because like. 4 people... is a lot of people to draw... interacting.........,,,,.,.,.,,,,

serikudashiosuki is a bunch of dads trying to be really good dads to a kid who had a really not great dad and even tho theyre not always great at it they’re trying and that speaks volumes to shou i think
