Took me forever to finish this one, but here's Calamus, the second member I’m posting of Team Surf!

Calamus (He/him)

Species: Serperior

Ability: Contrary

Moveset: Leaf Storm, Dragon Tail, Pursuit, Giga Drain

The son of a very successful and well-known explorer, Calamus decided early on in his life that he also wanted to make his mark on the world. To that end, he joined up with Team Surf a little while after the team was formed and fell into the role of team tactician.

He's very good at making gameplans, and tends to be quite sarcastic and fond of wordplay. However, he also tends to rub pokemon the wrong way as he can be aloof and generally "serperiory", and they assume he's manipulative or a liar despite the fact that he tends to be quite earnest when he isn't being sarcastic.

He hates that he can't talk while Dive is active, since it makes it much harder to communicate any strategies and deliver wisecracks.

Likes to call the team "Team Surf and Turf" despite it only being registered as Team Surf. Cetitan HATES this, while Splash finds it amusing.

Calamus is very fond of his jewelry, but discovered early on that it unfortunately tends to get lost in dungeons, so now he only begrudgingly wears his earrings, team scarf, and rescuer badge when on missions.
