☼ ❄
☼ - Something that makes them happy.
Ciel is a boy of fickle pleasures; though his upbringing was not quite so much ‘spoilt’ as ‘wrapped in cotton wool’ due to his frail health, the fact that one can tell that he is well-accustomed to a rich, noble lifestyle is undeniable.
However, he remains a precocious young pre-teen with an extremely prominent sweet tooth (to the point of ridiculousness, honestly) — and few things make this child more content than settling down with a good book or newspaper, with a cup of “sweet tea” by his side.
"Sweet tea", of course, is how Ciel Phantomhive likes his beverages— tea, with far too many spoonfuls of sugar, adorned with whipped cream, sprinkles, and mini marshmallows. It tastes revolting to anyone over the age of eighteen, and to most people younger than that; still, if it’s what he finds pleasurable, who are we to denounce it?
❄ - Favorite season and why?
Ciel isn’t particularly partial to any season, really; each of them have their needlessly irritating drawbacks, given that he’s both easily affected by heat in the summer and frail in the winter due to the cold affecting his asthma.
However, if he had to choose one, it would likely be autumn. Spring is— no, was always hectic back in London, what with Elizabeth’s insistence on celebrating Easter with fittings and fashion the young Earl couldn’t be less interested in (as much as he holds little animosity towards those more fashion-minded individuals, he has never, ever understood the appeal and the dynamics behind obsessively choosing and nit-picking one’s fashion choices).
Autumn is a lot calmer, and that seems to be something Ciel appreciates these days.
