riverbanks || hidenori & minato
Well, Hidenori understood how sitting on a slightly inclined hill, in the grass, in front of a riverbank, was a heavenly experience indeed (also something awfully familiar), but…
Who goes to sleep on one when its 9 pm? The guy didn’t seem homeless. In fact, he saw him walking around the Kerria campus some times. So, why the lie here in the dark when there was a cozy dorm waiting for him. The same could be asked of Hidenori, who also just happen to go to the riverbank at 9 pm, but he had reasons, explainable reasons.
He approached the guy and squatted down, about to poke him to see if he would wake, but something stopped him. Wouldn’t it be weird for some random guy to just… be near him while he was sleeping? Yeah, it would be completely weird and he wouldn’t be able to explain it.
So, he stands and takes a few steps back. Better.
"Are you alive?"
He loves the night sky. After all, most of his reminding time of the day was spent staring to the night sky. By the riverbank, yeah. Sound of rushing water calmed down his stress if he ever had one and instead, makes him sleepy. He didn't bring his headphones out, oh well----
After a few moments staring up the sky while lying down, his eyelid finally grew heavy. As long he didn't sleep past the curfew, he'll be safe, right? Placing his hands under his head, he slept, blocking all sounds but the rushing river.
He didn't even notice that somebody squatted down beside him, and standing up again before taking a few steps away, not until he heard a voice. God, who the hell intruded his sleep. But Minato's not mad. He opened his eyes, and sat up, looking for the owner of that voice.
His eyes fell at that guy with glasses. So, that's the owner of that voice, asking him whether he's alive or not. How rude. But he didn't show that on his face.
"Yes I'm alive of course. What do you think I am, dead?"
