This burger is based on Spanish food and has a juicy burger patty, crispy Serrano ham, creamy Manchego cheese, and an egg that is just right. The garlic aioli gives the burger a touch of Spanish flavor, making it a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 4 burger patties beef or your choice of meat. 4 hamburger buns. 8 slices of Serrano ham. 4 eggs. 4 slices of Manchego cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Season the burger patties with salt and pepper on both sides. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired. While the burgers are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Add the Serrano ham slices and cook until crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, fry the eggs to your desired level of doneness, keeping the yolks runny for a traditional touch. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with the mayonnaise to make a garlic aioli. Assemble the burgers: Spread the garlic aioli on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top, followed by a burger patty, a slice of Manchego cheese, two slices of crispy Serrano ham, and a fried egg. Top with tomato slices and the other half of the bun. Serve your Spanish burgers hot with your favorite side dishes, such as potato wedges or a green salad. Enjoy your Spanish burger with crispy Serrano and fried eggs!
