I thought I had been living a fairly authentic life, one that reflects my core beliefs and deep convictions. Deepening my self-care, wellness and mindfulness practice has revealed that I've been hiding some of the most creative, loving parts of myself out of fear. Fear that has kept me comfortable building a life and a business promoting the success of others. I have a strong desire to see the people I connect with creating lives they love. I absolutely do. I'm coming to realize that I was hiding from stepping out and being seen, valued. I felt successful working to build others up while staying small and safe. I now see that there's a way to show up fully as myself in service to others without having to hide and lose the deepest parts of myself. I no longer hold back from sharing my strong conviction to love over fear. My true self is coming to the surface, attracting like-hearted souls while protecting me by turning off those with whom my life & work doesn't resonate at this point in their lives.
