SMD Planetary Gearbox (SNP 150) is the largest and biggest Gearbox in its segment. It uses a planetary gearset for the reduction purpose. It comes with the shaft output and can be modified according to the customer needs. This Planetary Reducer reduction Ratios ranges from 1:3 to 1:100 using various stages. The torque range available for SNP 150 is from 411 Nm to a maximum torque upto 529 min.

Here, SMD Harmonic Gearbox (SCSG Series) is Combined with Planetary Series (SNP Series) to achieve higher reduction ratios as well as the motor can be directly coupled to SNP Series with SNP mounting. After this combination the ratios of two gearboxes gets multiplied for e.g. 1:2 of SNP series multiplies with 1:2 of SCSG series, the total reduction of 1:4 is achieved. This Gearbox is used in various applications such as Welding Wire Feeder, Wire Cutting EDM, Medical operations, Robots etc.

SNP 60 is a Inline Planetary Gearbox which has high Torque. It is used where Inline Motions are required where Input Shaft and Output Shaft are in same axis. This Planetary Reducer comes with ratios from 1:3 to 1:100 with torque capacity ranging from 15Nm to 530Nm. The Mounting adaptors of this Planetary Gearbox can be customized according to motor dimensions. This Gearbox can be used for motors whose power ratings ranges between 100W to 400W and the Backlash can be also reducer to less than 1 arc min.

SMD Planetary Gearbox (SNDU Series) is a specialized output structure for rotating disk (Flange) rigidity due to which mounting for application becomes easier and equal load distribution can be achieved. This Planetary Speed Reducer Ratio lies between 1:3 to 1:100 with the sizes ranging from SNDU 60 to SNDU 150. Attaching the load directly to the flange saves space and extra work and is a simplified mechanism. This Gearbox uses grease as a lubricant and is set inside a sealed casing due to which it can run for longer period of time without relubrication which increases the efficiency and lifespan of the Gearbox.
