SMD Planetary Gearbox (SNP 150) is the largest and biggest Gearbox in its segment. It uses a planetary gearset for the reduction purpose. It comes with the shaft output and can be modified according to the customer needs. This Planetary Reducer reduction Ratios ranges from 1:3 to 1:100 using various stages. The torque range available for SNP 150 is from 411 Nm to a maximum torque upto 529 min.

Here, SMD Harmonic Gearbox (SCSG Series) is Combined with Planetary Series (SNP Series) to achieve higher reduction ratios as well as the motor can be directly coupled to SNP Series with SNP mounting. After this combination the ratios of two gearboxes gets multiplied for e.g. 1:2 of SNP series multiplies with 1:2 of SCSG series, the total reduction of 1:4 is achieved. This Gearbox is used in various applications such as Welding Wire Feeder, Wire Cutting EDM, Medical operations, Robots etc.
