Ingredients: 2 cups broccoli florets. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add sesame oil and heat until shimmering. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to become tender but still crisp. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and stir-fry for another 2 minutes, or until the broccoli is fully coated and cooked to your desired level of tenderness. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
