Hey y’all!

I’m staying at UCLA over the summer and I need a roommate to sublease my Studio apartment since my current roommate is moving out. 

Sublease lasts June 26 - September 15 (Session A and C)

10 minute walk to campus

$825/month, includes water

No pets, as I am allergic!

SUBLET Summer 2016 - UCLA

UPDATES:

I’m staying at UCLA over the summer in my 1 ½ bedroom apartment, but since I’m the only one of my roommates staying behind, I need subletters to take over the other bedroom.

I’m offering the full size bedroom for ~$1600/month for the whole room, June 15 - August 31 OR, if you are only staying for Session C, August 1- August 31. I’ll have the bunk bed frame there so ideally it would be for TWO people to occupy. It’s a large space, with enough room for 2 desks and it has a closet that takes up 1 wall.

The apartment itself is ~750 sq. ft and it comes with a kitchen (fridge/microwave/oven/stove), bathroom, common area, and balcony. It’s also a 3 minute walk away from campus and located in a safe neighborhood (practically in the same neighborhood as University Apartments) ++ the management is great and the building security is strong.

Done with my first week of summer school... One down, 7 to go -.- Some progress is better than no progress. I'm only taking one class at the moment but it takes up so much of my time D; Luckily I don't have classes on Fridays so I can catch up on sleep and homework. Also looking forward to this weekend 'cos a bunch of friends are gathering at the beach for a bonfire/hangout and then I'm going to SF Pride for the second time this year =)
