A random assortment of drabbles I’m not sure I’ve ever posted before
Sesshomaru clenched his teeth together as he once more took apart the pieces he’d JUST put together and stared back down at the incomprehensible instructions.
The surrogate would give birth within the month, and no matter how hard this crib was trying to shatter his sanity, it had to be built.
Another failed attempt saw it reduced to a puddle of acidic goo courtesy of his claws.
“Well that’s not what the instructions say,” he heard Koga say from the doorway, and he closed his eyes to fight off the desire for homicide.
His baby needed both fathers, after all.
Kagome delivered the plate, her hands shaking against a maelstrom of nervous butterflies.
The woman sitting in her section was just… SO beautiful.
Long silver hair, bright golden eyes, her professionalism had fled for safety in the face of the most beautiful creature Kagome had ever seen.
“Here’s your meal, ma’am. But be careful of the hot plate, oh and the chef added an extra side for ordering his favorite. And I can get you a refill if you need! And if it’s too bright I can open the umbrella. And-“
The beautiful woman chuckled.
“You ramble and it’s adorable.”
For Kikyo, love came strangely.
And it never looked the way she’d imagined as a little girl.
In those dreams, a man from the village would build her a house, give her children, and live the rest of his life at her side.
And then she’d given her heart to a Hanyo which had led to her demise.
Now he loved someone else.
Her fingers brushed through bright red hair, a fluffy, white furred tail wagging and thumping against the ground as her new love napped on her lap.
Apparently she had a thing for canines.
