The office I just got transferred to has a read-ear slider, and it's in a tank that's relatively large looking to someone that might not know about proper requirements and picks something that just just LOOKS like it's big, but in reality the turtle out-grew this tank long ago (the staff said he's been there over 15 years). The tank is only about twice the width of the turtle's width... I've only been at this office for two days but I feel like laying down some law immediately. /:
Geeeeeze well my go-to place for turtle info is AustinsTurtlePage and that will give you general info if you want print-on-paper proof of their care. I hope they consider upgrading/giving the thing proper lighting!
