He would only seek you out if he had some sort of business to work through with you. He wouldn't allow his personal feelings to get in the way of his job.
Seteth would often find his gaze being pulled to you. His work is more important than these feelings he denies. If he found himself being distracted by you, he would start to avoid you.
After a while, Seteth would not be able to deny his feelings anymore. This wouldn't change the way Seteth interacted with you, but he wouldn't berate himself for looking your way.
Flayn would be the first to notice Seteth's feelings toward you. She would ask her father about you. If he wanted to date you and other questions like that. Seteth would not answer any of her questions and would tell her to never bring up the subject again.
Flayn would want her father to try for love again. Instead, she would push you to interact more with Seteth.
Seteth would enjoy this extra time with you. However, he would find it increasingly hard to keep his emotions in check and have a professional relationship with you. They would cause him to push you away.
