one of the universes/drafts where Jean doesn’t make it but he becomes a ghost after death and oh hey there, ghost Seth’s here as well! would you take a look at that… insufferable companions for the rest of eternity (?) in this purgatorial in-between but maybe they can try some things while they to figure out how to cross over to heaven or hell… like kisses n stuff. ya know.

hi phoenix ! more of the sethjean au because i'm thinking a lot about it

Seth Gordon is nothing. A broad-shouldered, short-tempered, brash piece of meat who treats himself as such. His aggression on court makes him an interesting enough opponent, even if his sharp tongue and sharper reflexes should have been enough to get him carded twice tonight. Jean himself had been a reciepient of that same attitude, having personally foiled three of Seth's attempted shots on goal, using all the Trojan restraint left in him not to bite back at the striker's outbursts.

sethjean idea came to me on the bus and has been gnawing in my skull for the past six hours it kinda goes crazy. basically kevseth are messy exes and kevjean are messier exes so kevseth are on the same team and play against jeans team one night (jean wins) then they all go out for drinks and jean picks up seth mostly to piss kevin off and seth goes along with it to piss kevin off and basically kevin day has the worlds shittest night at the club and the whole thing goes crazy. its the worst dynamic ever i love it. coming up with ways for jean to insult kevin is the most fun ive had in weeks

Seth has a bruise on his neck from where his armour dug in after Jean checked him into the wall in the second half. It's a shallow 'C' shape, curving around just below the nape of his neck. The thin white T-shirt Seth's wearing now doesn't do a lot to hide the mark.
