what inspired your url

I’m sorry this is so fucking old I pretty much exclusively use tumblr mobile now and I never get notifications for asks so I never answer them! D: <\3

But you know what this username is my pride and joy and I’m 100% sure that it’s what got me marked as explicit (even though I’ve sent UNCOUNTABLE EMAILS TO SUPPORT ABOUT IT since the great porn ban of 2017…) so I have no shame and the day it gets deleted is the day I leave tumblr for good cause it’s my favourite lmfaoo so the world deserves to know my answer, thank you anon from April 28, 2021 at 11:18am and sorry for missing this lol

It’s a reference from what I think is literally the funniest line in adventure time, episode “The Silent King” Season 2 Episode 14. Basically Finn becomes king of the goblins, and their old king used to spank them every time they did like… anything basically lol. So Finn breaks a goblin rule, but part of the rules are that the goblins have to suffer the punishment for him so they all say they’re ready for their spanking (much to Finn’s horror) and his royal advisor Gummy says something like spare them sire! “Set my buttocks aBLAZE”. Every time I hear it I die laughing. Gummy says the line with such conviction.

For the record back in my circa 2012-2016(ish?) days I had a few url changes, I can’t remember my first ever one but I think I was beautyinbodies for awhile (trying to practice body positivity I guess lol) and I got snapesdiary at one point (my favourite Harry Potter puppet pals episode lmaoo). Sometimes I still miss that one ahaha but I let it go for this one so no regrets 😂✌️

Comic book stores have these.  Specifically comic book stores and I’d call ahead to check (the one I go to happens to be a really good one and tends to have Avatar stuff all the time). It’s $14.99.

I just realized I’ve met the artist who did all the drawings.  Mentioned to him about how I knew his art from Bryan’s reblogs.
