Click. The sound of the heavy apartment door opening woke him up with a start, and the magazine that had been plopped on his face slid off and fell to the carpet. Quickly rising, the blonde made an attempt to spring off the couch to face whoever was entering the apartment. However, things didn't exactly go as planned. He ended up tripping over his feet and falling over, nearly hitting his chin against the coffee table in the process. Well, if this power is useful in any situation, then this would definitely be it. Since he did have his eye ability, hopefully nobody noticed his little tumble, which quite frankly, would have been humiliating.
"Aha, look who we have here!" He chirped, desperately hoping his eye power had succeeded and nobody saw his face become familiar with the floor.
