Kurotsuchi might have outranked her fellow kunoichi, but, that couldn’t stop her from trying to instigate a little friendly rivalry.  “ I bet nobody in your village can do that! ”       The Kamizuru was shouting from atop a pillar she’d just ripped from the earth with her jutsu. It was only moderately high because she’d given herself altitude sickness the last time she’d shown off.

He didn’t want to offend or alienate her. He didn’t think that she would react like that. If he knew, he would never say that. Setsuki was one of those people whom he was ready to protect at the cost of his life. She always looked so happy, so why is she saying such things now?

"Gai-sensei said that girls like these words, this should tell them ... well ... they should tell them that they are special for a man! Why did you think, that you bither me? I-i really enjoy your company!"

“Setsuki reflects the element she uses rather well. Her blue hair reminds me of water, and her smile is very similar to the dolphins she seems to like so much.... I suppose ‘Happy’ fits her... but I have an inkling that, like Ugly, sometimes her smiles hide something else.”

He wondered how Setsuki had changed in that time. He went to the nearest tree, not wanting to scare her at once.

It really has changed a little. Turned into a beautiful girl. He released a little chakra, watching her face change.
