not to sound like a boomer. but as a millennial hiring manager, a lot of y’all have all the right enthusiasm & decent/good experience but write your resumes like “I good w people n am the most team player n clean every day–“
get someone to proofread 😭 because I’m not risking hiring someone who’s going to message my customers like that. you can bring the sillies to the group chat after you’re hired but not to the resume 🙂↔️
when I walked into work earlier coworker goes “what you doing here on a monday?” and for a moment I stared in horror because for all I fucking knew it WAS monday and I DID accidentally come in on a day off
my dudes it’s Friday

I need all store owners to know that your manager will never truly thrive (& neither will your business) until they have full access to these 4 crucial things:
- a laminator
- a canva pro account
- a company credit card
- a Daiso within walking distance
Trust the process. Thank you for your time
