Backstory: Seulgi was a ranger-general of her country, a commander who fought alongside her soldiers in battles and wars for alliance, justice and peacekeeping. One of those of which had her soul to be purged by the Lich King, Arthas. Being impaled by his frostmourne, she told Arthas to kill her, saying she deserved a clean death but he responded with the last of what he would give her was a peaceful death. For mere pleasure, he ripped her soul back into the world, pushing her to become the first of the high eleven undead banshees. She was able to give voice to her pain, and in so doing she would cause pain to others.
She's ever scheming, brilliant and corresponding of having her way through everything. Despise of her accurate flaws, she has the touch of benevolence, having her older sister, the only family she had, heave her last breath in her presence, marked it's way in her bitter and stoic heart. Although she would never admit, the ache of being reminded as how she was with her family at a young age was what she could see in the younger ones. Holding a shield of veiled protection over them unintentionally.
Powers: She was granted a number of unconventional abilities by Arthas. She is skilled at archery, an art she mastered as a high elf. To this day the bow remains Seulgi's weapon of choice. Her screams have the power to silence and weaken her enemies or bolster the power of her allies. A single wail is powerful enough to kill an adult human. She possesses magical powers, such as those to drain life, cast deadly bolts of shadow, create skeletons, and use mind control. She still retains the ability to shift in and out of her incorporeal banshee form at will. Banshee form also gives her the ability to fly.
