2 Favorite fic you wrote this year!

This is hard cause so many of my fics are in wip stage. BUT for the fics I have published this year I have to say my favorite is "I'm Not Going To Be Like You." So niche and me specific, but man I love that one so much!

Close second is Moments of Devotion ch. 1 but recently rereading it made me want to rewrite and update it so bad. One day maybe along with the rest of the fic.

Chr.obin: Listen. I have just as many angst thoughts for this ship as I do fluff. Probably more angst because it can go in so many different directions in the sad department. Unrequited love, requited love but it's too late now, R.obin's death and C.hrom spending years without his love as he prays every day and night R.obin actually comes home, the sheer thought of R.obin not being able to live in a world without C.hrom so he gives in to his deepest inner demons and embraces being the Fell Dragon cause might as well burn the bitch down if he can't be happy–

/cough/ They make me feel sad happy.

I'm gonna be honest there's not a lot that genuinely disgusts me in terms of fictional ships. Most things I could say here are very obvious picks because of the content, but I don't want to talk about any of them at length because it would be obvious, and boring as to why I don't really like them.

As my spicy take though (consider how I answer as more "This is my NOTPs for various reasons and it makes me uncomfy." I genuinely hold no ill will towards people who do ship this cause it ain't the real world and I can just pretend I do not see it):

Ed/el/eth. For so many reason I am deeply uncomfortable with this ship. It doesn't help I'm not really fond of Ede.lgard at all, so one of the characters in the ship I already heavily dislike. I just see this ship being utterly toxic for B.yleth on so many different levels, so I really really am squicked out by it.

Gonna have to be Dima/Mari for this one. They're in the weird gray area of I think they're really cute, but I like them with other people more. Also I clock them more as a platonic ship in my brain, so while they are beyond adorable and I do like the idea of them together I don't really ship them.

C.hrom/S.ully. Childhood friends to lovers gets me so good, but this is more a definite broTP for me. Though the meager content I do see has always been very cute.

R.healeth: Gods so many ccs for them make S tier content. Genuinely just really good and interesting ship dynamic to think about even though platonic family dynamic for them wins out 99.9% of the time for me.

what do you do for a living? do you enjoy it?

I still do live with my parents because of financial reasons, so I'm not really 'making a living' yet but I work at Publix as a bagger. I like it well enough I guess. I like my coworkers and luckily most of the customers aren't horrible, but the long hours are so draining it's hard to do much of anything after work. I don't hate it, but I don't want to do it for a long long time especially since that's nowhere near the job I want.
