I think it would still be more or less the same, but eventually he'd feel more comfortable showing affection. I don't see him as someone who's naturally very affectionate in the sense of expressing it openly, but I do think that if he'd had that kind of experience as a teenager, he would have softened up more. Teenagers are still kids, after all—they're malleable, and they're still figuring out their attachment styles and how they express affection.

So, while adult Snape would never be the kind of person to openly make out with his partner in public, teenage Snape absolutely would.
