The fact that Tyler had a motorcycle helmet in Red's new art just further convinces me that he and Aiden are going to steal a motorcycle in season three. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the bike of some of the shady people they ran into in an alley that red posted about one time on her stories

There's something so special to me that Beef is still pretty chubby even though Robert is very thin. I know that the guy probably works out, but even then he doesn't have a lot of meat on his bones. That and the fact that his apartment looks like... that, makes me think he isn't getting the proper nutrition he needs.

There's just something so near and dear to me about a guy struggling with money himself managing to spoil his dog to the point of being fat. That dog is so loved.

I really want to hear people's really stupid headcanons, I dont think you understand how desperate I am for them. And i'm not talking about headcanons that are a bit silly but fit within the plot, I need them to be fucking stupid

For example:

If the sbg gang were to ever get on a boat with each other, Tyler would get hit in the face with a fish like in the those videos you see where the fish jumps out of the water. He just would.

I have no reason to believe this, this would never happen in canon ever, but it just feeeeeels right.

SBG THEORY???

So you remember these pictures, right?

I'm waiting for Red to use these as a foreshadow to how every character dies in the story. People have already said that they are pointing to their weaknesses, Ashlyn's being her ears, Aiden's his mental health (focusing on that forces smile), the twins being each other's weakness, Logan being blind as hell, and Ben's being his voice/throat.

But I have a feeling that Red could just take it more literally by them pointing to why they die. It kind of already happened with Tyler and Aiden 💀.

Here's my takes

Aiden died by a head injury and is pointing to his head. More specifically, the sides of his face, and I'm pretty sure that he had a big ass gash there.

Tyler died by being impaled through his abdomen. He is literally pointing at trees in his picture. Man is saying, "Hey, you see those over there. Yeah? Those are the fucks that did it"

Ben is going to die/get severely injured by a throat or jaw injury. It'll either get slashed to hell and back, or, the more gruesome option that I thought of, getting his jaw taken off (most likely not happening)

Logan is getting his ass blinded somehow. I mean, come on. You have a sharp shooter with already poor eyesight and even poorer self-esteem. He is going to lose his sight and have a crisis of not being able to do anything.

Because I love siblings who mirror each other, Taylor is also getting impaled, but this time through her chest. Even better if she was protecting Tyler, so she didn't have to see him die again.

Ashlyn has me for a loss because I don't think she's going to die. Instead, I think she's going to lose her mind or go some sort of crazy. She's already started.

It is an absolute wonder of what I can come up with when eating pizza rolls and watching a five hour video about Home Safety Hotline.

SBG Headcanons

Ashlyn Banner

has a love-hate relationship with rock music. On one hand, it tends to be loud, which is something that she can't tolerate for long periods of time, especially when people play it in public. Concerts are, for sure, a no-go for her. On the other hand, it slaps. The only real way that she could listen to it is if it is played at low volumes on a speaker or lower on headphones.

She rarely listens to music through her headphones since her hearing is so sensitive. Her noise-canceling headphones are mainly used to quiet everything, not to play music.

She has Irish curls, which means that the underside of her hair is curlier/wavier than the topside of her hair. This is one of the main reasons that she keeps her hair in long braids. The weight of the hair keeps it from acting up, and the braids keep her hair from bothering her. It's just easier to manage.

Aiden Clark

Half Filipino, and you CANNOT CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE!!!! This is me just hard projecting onto this guy, but Aiden is 100% wasian in my eyes, his dad is Filipino, and his mom is white. It’s why he’s so short, OMG WHO SAID THAT :O

Very allergic to fake jewelry, to the point where he breaks out in a rash. Its the only reason he doesn't wear the fun jewelry from stores like HotTopic; else he would be decked out in crappy accessories. The rest found out when he tried to wear a friendship necklace Taylor had given him from Claire's, and his skin turned red and irritated. Taylor felt so bad afterwards, and proceeded to make matching rings with him out of an old spoon handle.

Taylor Hernandez

Die-hard FMAB fan!!! One of her friends in middle school introduced it to her because Taylor reminded her of Winry, and she’s been obsessed ever since. She actually went as Winry for Halloween one year, and wants Tyler to pierce her ears like hers. 

Taylor was an absolute night owl even before the whole phantom dimension stuff. She’s the type to have just stayed in the garage late into the night working on a project for the mechanics club or one of her metalwork crafts that she would sell on Etsy. She probably doesn’t have a clock in the garage, and the bright white garage light makes her forget that it’s the dead of night. Tyler has probably had to drag her off to bed before they got a noise complaint from a neighbor because she was drilling into metal or something at 1 am.

Tyler Hernandez

His personality is very similar to his mother’s pre-grief era. We already see that Marianna has that same bite in EP 80 when talking to Jessica. I feel like if they both got the needed therapy and support, it would be like looking in a mirror. Like they’d have the same dry sense of humor and sarcastic remarks, and they’d both share pet peeves. 

He probably has his mother’s laugh as well.

Lowkey has a farmer's tan from being outside and playing baseball. Aiden found out when the gang went to his pool, and then proceeded to poke fun at him for the rest of the day. Tyler then, ever so gently, threw Aiden into the pool.

Logan Fields

He has a naturally charismatic personality and is very quick-witted and humorous. However, Logan developed self-esteem issues due to Barron, which caused him to come across as awkward. If Barron hadn't bullied him, Logan would probably have had a solid friend group before the gang formed.

Burns to a crisp in the sun, but then tans afterwards. He made the mistake of not putting on any sunscreen when he was younger and working outside in his grandparents’ garden for a couple of hours. He burned so badly that he blistered, and he couldn’t wear a normal shirt or stand right for a week. At one point, his grandma forgot that he had a burn and touched him on his shoulder. With the way that Logan crumpled and yelled, you would have thought that the boy had been shot. Made his grandpa laugh, though.

Solid glasses tan.

Ben Clark

Chubby baby and chubby kid. I have never known a guy with Ben’s build that didn’t have a little heft on them when they were younger. I still firmly believe that he still has a softer stomach area; it’s the baby fat.

Physically, it cannot float well in water, much to Ben’s displeasure. It just looks so relaxing to just float unassisted on a body of water, and he just can’t do it. He has tried multiple times in Aiden’s pool, but he always looks like he is on the verge of drowning. Now he just tries to sit on the floor of the pool for as long as he can until he needs air. So far he can hold his breath for a minute and a half.

Just ever so slightly colorblind, and does not realize it. While he does just love his grey shirts, he firmly believes that some of them are blue. He finds out that he’s colorblind when he’s at the store with Logan on one of the gang’s supply runs. Ben, pretty much, holds up a very grey shirt to Logan’s face and says(signs) that it is the same color as his eyes. Logan then has to break the news, and Ben’s world is shaken. Proceeds to ask the entire group if the shirt is blue, and no one says it is.

Mike and Emma

Emma is approximately 2-3 years older than Mike, and they met during their military service. Specifically, they met when Mike was undergoing basic training and Emma was evaluating his performance. (I have many young Mike and Emma headcanons)

Both of them served in the Army. Emma had been raised in one of those military legacy families, which is how she joined. Mike, on the other hand, joined so that he could afford college. 

They'd be supportive if Ashlyn also decided to join the military, but they are both adamant that she not join the army. It was actual hell for both of them. They'd try to steer her towards the air force instead.

Mike and Emma headcanons >:]

Mike is a stay-at-home dad with a remote cybersecurity job. Because of this, Mike is the primary caretaker of the house, and often gets to spend more one-on-one time with Ashlyn, which led to Ashlyn being a bit closer to her dad than her mom. 

Between the two of them, they own three handguns and one hunting rifle. The handguns are for personal protection, one for Mike, Emma, and, eventually, Ashlyn, while the rifle is just for when Emma visits her dad and wants to go hunting. However, Emma is the only one with a concealed carry permit. 

They tried to teach Ashlyn how to shoot at a public range when she was twelve, as they wanted to ensure she could use a gun if needed for protection, such as if someone broke into the house while Mike and Emma were out. Since Ashlyn has sensitive ears, they tried to take her during a weekday after school so that fewer people were present, and had obtained good-quality ear protection for her. While those did help a bit, the noise was still too much for her.

Both Mike and Emma have siblings. Mike is the youngest of three, having an older sister and an older brother, but is not particularly close with either of them since there is quite an age gap between them; he was born when they were on the cusp of graduating high school. Emma was the middle child of five. She has two full brothers, one half-sister, and one stepbrother (her father got divorced and remarried).

When he was younger and just joining the military, Mike was, in the kindest way, a cocky piece of shit. That’s not to say that he was mean or an asshole; he was quite the opposite, in fact. He had a bit of an ego, but he was kind and empathetic. For the most part, he was just overconfident. Much to the annoyance of Emma, who would check in with his drill sergeant every now and again. (listen, idk how military works)

Emma has had multiple homoerotic friendships in college. I will not be elaborating. She’s still close with one, and Ashlyn calls her Aunt Maya.

There is a rule in their family that no one is allowed to scare Emma because her immediate reaction is to fight, not flee. Her parents and siblings found that out very early. Her oldest brother had tried to scare her, and she threw the closest thing, which happened to be a ceramic bookend, at his head. She missed, thankfully, but she hit the TV instead.

Mike did not learn this until later in their relationship, when he tried to scare her in the dark by grabbing her shoulders from behind and shouting. It earned him a broken nose.

Summer Jobs that I think the SBG kids would have (in the case that the phantoms or the cranes aren’t terrorizing them)

If you are curious, yes, Ry’s Waffle House AU absolutely sent me down this rabbit hole. She just has good ideas, what can I say? Kixcitrix also added onto it on her insta, Ash worked as a Wendy’s drive-thru employee, so neither will be here.

Aiden:

Lifeguard

Listen, I know Aiden is rich, but I also know that he gets bored pretty easily. If he ever got a summer job, it would likely be because most of the gang is employed part-time, so he has something to talk to them about. It could also be because Ben pushed him to get some work experience in case he needed it in the future. 

I can’t see him applying for anything other than a lifeguard position at a public pool. Aiden would probably have preferred to be somewhere more exciting, like at a water park, but the closest one is about an hour away, and he doesn’t have his license. At least the public pool gets a lot of visitors in the summer, and he’s got a mean tan now.

It’s actually a sunburn. No, Aiden does not realize this. Yes, Tyler does slap it. Yes, it does hurt.

Logan:

Tutor

Logan is smart, there's no denying it. It only makes sense that he uses it to his benefit. He doesn't tutor anyone at the high school, as he tries to stay out of the spotlight there, but he does tutor elementary and middle school students at the neighboring schools. He gained this opportunity through a school program that focuses on college readiness for students, which advertised it as a way to practice active study skills and learning strategies. The program itself doesn't pay anything, but it does boost Logan's community service hours for graduation.

He also works at his grandparents' florist shop on a regular basis. Logan already takes shifts when school's in, but he takes more now that he has free time to get some pocket money. He is rarely assigned to register duty since his grandpa notices that Logan gets nervous working with customers. Instead, Logan's job is to maintain the plants' health and take note of any problems that are affecting them. This summer, he was able to snag Ben a job at the garden center, so now they are coworkers. Since it is a family business, though, I can't imagine he's making very much...

Logan also runs a small astrophotography blog on the side where people give him tips for better equipment (I got tired here, sue me).

Taylor:

Art Commissions

Auto program

Taylor already earns some income by selling some handmade metal work art on her Etsy. Red mentioned this at one point on her Instagram stories, so it makes sense for her to continue that over the break. During school, Taylor doesn't make anything custom to order, and instead opts to just sell random flowers she has made out of scraps, most of them being roses. Though now that it's the summer, Taylor would probably be up for making commissions for custom flowers like lilies. It wouldn't be surprising if she asked Logan to come over with some flowers that were commissioned for references so that she could work while they hung out.

Occasionally, Taylor babysits for some families in the neighborhood whenever the parents can't find childcare. The kids never go to her house to be watched since her mom stays home most of the time, so she goes to their houses instead. She doesn't babysit often, but there is a family that she normally watches for, a family that a friend from high school recommended her for. The kid adores her.

Through connections in her mechanics club, Taylor also works in a summer auto program where she shadows mechanics from a local auto shop. Because she's still pretty young, Taylor, technically, can't work on the cars that come in, but she does learn a great deal from the workers there. This does earn her an employment opportunity for when she is older, though.

Ben:

Library Assistant

There aren't many part-time summer jobs that Ben can do, considering the fact that he is mute. For the most part, front-facing customer service roles are off the table, as they require you to speak with people. Libraries, however, are quite the opposite! Ben still can't really work the main desk jobs, helping the library visitor, but he can work on the organization tasks and any potential data entry jobs.

Logan would also help him get a job at his grandparents' florist shop. Considering his stature, Ben would likely be doing manual labor jobs that Logan's grandparents can't do anymore, as they get older. He's likely moving soil, pots, and potentially tree saplings around the store, as well as helping customers put their purchases into their cars.

Ben, like Aiden, probably doesn't need a summer job since he is living with the Clarks, and they are filthy rich. However, he does feel like he needs to contribute to the household at least a little through gifts to both Jessica and Daniel. He would also be saving up to buy gifts for Lily as a way to make up for not being with her anymore. Ben's also saving to buy his own guitar so that he doesn't have to keep borrowing Tyler's.
