i find it kinda cute how they gave up on the "needing a thingamajig" thing to be able to get into the sewers, unless you're a beast like Saejima who just picked it up with his bare hands. i remember they even had kiryu in y4 or 5 at some point get a thing to open the sewer lid, but then they realized they could just skip that step, and so they did :] so now ichiban and yagami can just take the lids off like they weigh nothing and i find it funny everytime they do
