Dear New (or New-ish) Cosplayers,
Tonight, I made a pair of pants with a 6-inch leg and a 32-inch crotch. I've been doing this longer than some of you have been alive.
Don't ever think that I'm a better sewer/cosplayer than you. Because I have "wtf did I do" moments all the time.
Sewing lesson #2: Always make sure there is thread (or what you think is enough thread) in the bobbin. Especially when you are sewing a very long piece or very difficult shape that will take some time or mental strength to get through. You'll be very frustrated if it's all for naught. Trust that this is being stated from experience.
