ah.. i dont know my memory is so jumbled up and its hard for me to think up anything on the spot ... the first thing that comes to mind is meeting n hanging out w my girlfriend for the first time ...

as for place, yosemite was really nice... i liked this one mountain i went to too i forget which one it was but there was snow and idk the last time i saw snow before that was in 6th grade so it was pretty surreal to me

Not debating anything, but sharing something that I feel is relevant and important: when I asked my doctor why he hadn't diagnosed me with bpd, he literally said "you exhibit most of the symptoms, but I feel like it would look bad if you had bpd on your record. It's not something you want to have." What the fuck are people supposed to do other than self dx when their doctors refuse to diagnose them "because it'd look bad"

as soon as a doctor’s acknowledged that you have bpd, I consider that a pro-dx, whether it’s on your official record or not. I call myself pro-dx’ed, but my bpd isn’t on my official record either, because it really isn’t something you want on your permanent record. it can lead doctors to not take you seriously or not want to treat you, so it’s something I choose to disclose only to certain doctors, when I trust them. my psychiatrist and I made the decision together not to put it on my record, though, so you may want to ask your doctor to put it on there if you really want it--a decision like that should be made by patient and doctor, not just one or the other.
