First live concert in 2 years! 1. Instinct took over and I wore a black dress. 2. When the orchestra started tuning, napaluha ako. Oh how I miss that sound! 3. Napatayo ako nung pumasok na yung conductor 🤣 It was not so long ago when we did a John Williams Concert with the ABSCBN Philharmonic Orchestra and one of our last concerts was a live-scoring of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. The memory is still fresh in my mind, yet it feels like a lifetime ago. Pakiramdam ko, may malaking kabanata ng buhay ko ang nagsara at di ko alam kung kailan ito mabubuksan muli. The pandemic certainly ruined a lot of plans, but it also made me realize and appreciate what we had: the pure joy that comes with music. Today, I’m just grateful to experience this again, kahit pa nasa audience lang ako this time. Thank you Kuya Paul and Ate Leah Yumul for taking us to see the concert.
