How would UT, UF, US, And SF Napstablook and Mettaton react to someone confessing their love to them?
A non-skelebro ask? What wild world is this?
UT!Napstablook: They gets really embarrassed and vanishes immediately. They’ll be even shyer around you in the coming days (if that’s even possible), but he’ll ask you to come over. They’ll be incredibly awkward the entire time and likely assume you were saying it just to be nice. If it goes well though chances are they’ll show you some of their music. Maybe even one of their original mixes.
UT!Mettaton: “Well of course you do, darling.” At first he assumes you mean as a fan. Once it sinks in, though, he’ll immediately ask you to one of his shows. “Backstage pass and celebrity treatment, darling. Can’t have anything less for my new s/o.” He says, winking.
UF!Napstablook: Stunned silence for a full minute, and then they just sneers “Whatever. Like I would ever like someone like you.” The massive blush and the immediate vanishing kind of counteract this, though. They shows up at your door a week later, looking pissed with themself. “Look, you’re still lame, but you’re actually less annoying than anyone else here, so….doyouwanttohangout. Or, you know. Not. I don’t care.”
UF!Mettaton: Blush central. He talks a big game, but this broken robobabe has next to no self-esteem, so this completely bowls him over. He turns away and mutters something about how he likes you a lot too. He may bring food over to your place in the next couple of days, looking uncomfortable, but hopeful.
US!Napstaton: “Oh, sweetie! I like you too!” Napstaton is a very friendly. They have a lot in common with Tale Papyrus, actually. They immediately asks you out, and is just the sweetest thing the entire time. Flirty, but in a really innocent way. Will likely serenade you: if you’re the shy type, be sure that the date is somewhere private.
US!Hapstabloook: “You, uh….oh….” He blushes. He didn’t see that coming. He asks you out, and for the entire date, he kind of keeps trying to carry the conversation. He’s a little more confident than Tale Napstablook, but he still has absolutely no idea what to do now. He wants this to go well, though. He really does like you. You’re one of the few people who aren’t seeing him through the lens of his cousin.
SF!Napstaton: They don’t believe you immediately. Little sweetheart honestly doesn’t think anyone would ever see them that way. They’re just a display prop, a pretty lightshow to look at. Nobody actually gives a damn about them. Once they realize that you actually mean it, though, they blush deeply. They aren’t able to form a coherent return confession, but they start asking you to come with them everywhere they go.
SF!Hapstablook: He pretends he doesn’t care, but you’ll notice him hanging around your place a little bit more. He may ask you to come to the bar with him to mess with Papyrus and make fun of his cousin. “IT’S NOT A DATE, OKAY?!?!? andweartheredtopyoulookcuteinthat NOT THAT I CARE.”
