hey y'all,
so @shh-no-more started out as a place for people to share their thoughts and discuss ongoing matters without judgement.
the fact is, this has morphed and changed into something much different than we had initially anticipated. and when we started SFAA, it was purely to organize an official channel through which to communicate with the agencies, as yan had requested.
because of the work we've been putting in (basically non-stop since the start of SFAA), we are now one of several parties working on this. the group began with a fan seeing troubling patterns involving someone often present at severance promo events. we believe that fans have a role in calling out harm when the industry is silent.
we fully acknowledge that britt’s position is complicated, and we’ve consistently said we don’t know what she’s going through. we’ve never demanded she make a public statement. our work is focused on kenna and the structures that appear to continue to protect him. this is hard to get exactly right, but we are trying and doing so with input from survivors themselves. we’ll continue to adapt where needed.
one of the decisions we've made is to move all questions and information to @severancefansagainstabuse. we are doing this partly to consolidate, but partly to ensure everything we are doing is fully above board, transparent, and accessible to anyone.
thank you all so much for your help and support. this group will remain here for evidentiary purposes.
and if you have any information that might be helpful, or any questions, please do come and engage with us at @severancefansagainstabuse; we will always answer if we can.
