Hi… This is my Family Villa. I made it one-story house only to keep it simple. It features 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 dinning area, 1 entry hall, 1 bathroom, 1 small patio, and 1 outdoor pool. Originally designed by me.

This is one of my older designs, which is long overdue for a decor upgrade! lol It is a 2-bedroom (could be 3) with 2 bathrooms, featuring a hidden courtyard in the middle of the property. This design idea was inspired by sfp-designs. She has a beautiful hidden courtyard design that I thought was just genius! Be sure to check out her tumblr page for amaaaaayyyyyyzing ideas! ;)

The top two pictures are of a basic one room shack. Everything your sims need is in there but it's not much of a house. But you can build it and furnish it for just a little over 3,000 simoleons.
The bottom two pictures are of a simple three room house. It features the same exact furniture as the one room shack. Up its more of a house. You can build and furnish it for about 4,000 simoleons. I purposely didn't design the walls or floors in order to cut costs.
Like I said, I was able to do it but it's nowhere near as pretty or luxurious as my other designs. But the beauty of these houses is that you can fit more than one on the same lot because they take up minimal amounts of space.
