Hi builders and happy weekend! Today I’m sharing one of my favorite homes! This home has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. It features a wrap-around patio, private terrace for the homeowners, and the best part, a beautiful backyard concert pergola! I gave this home a Latin-inspired vibe, but feel free to change it any way you like. Since building it last October, I have added a puppy play mat and a kitten play mat. Those little fuzzy babies are so stinkin’ cute!! <3
P.S. The family living in this uniquely shaped home has a very precocious piano-playing daughter who gives frequent concerts for friends and family. ;) Grandma lives with them, too, so she has her own room with private half bath.
Hi Builders! Today's design is my Asian Dragon-Shaped home! This was definitely a challenge, but not so much because of the dragon, more so because I had to try to find a use for all the tiny rooms! lol It is a 2-bedroom home featuring a reflection fountain in the front entry, a meditation room in the back (a pretty blatant rip-off from the Japanese Retreat pre-fab home lol), and my version of a fire-breathing dragon!
(Disclaimer: I know I've mixed both Japanese and Chinese culture in this home, but please don't think I'm being insensitive. I was just going with an Asian theme overall.)
This was a requested 1-story, modern “No Hallway” house. It is a 3-bedroom home featuring double patios and an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar. The two smaller bedrooms are accessed through a game room and they share a bathroom with double doors.
