SFS18 - Thursday

We got in last night and despite a very grumpy eight hours in the car and a bad panic attack at the hotel, I made it here alive and in one piece. Daddy was more than wonderful at keeping me together until I calmed down enough to eat, drink water, and rest.

Day one has been amazing so far. I’ve met so many incredible people and I can’t believe how wonderful they’ve all been. Spending most of today in the blogger lounge and then there’s a mixer tonight I’m excited to go to. 

There are a few folks I’ve yet to see on my list of people I want to make sure to meet up with but all in good time.

I’m having a blast and cannot wait for workshops tomorrow! An incredibly big thank you to my fundraising donors and @tantus for making this trip possible! I’m going to learn so much and share it all with you guys.

Getting super nervous about the conference out of no where. It’s two weeks away and I cannot wait for it but I’m also having some of the dumbest (pettiest) anxieties about it. The blog squad is so above my level and I’m going to feel so left out & alone tbh. 🙃

I know this will probably be a difficult (or even impossible) question, but, what was your favorite part of the conference?

The people! Meeting the blog squad in person was the most amazing experience and I will never forget it. Everyone was so, so sweet and I laughed so much. I had an absolute blast in the blogger lounge with them all and I had zero anxiety about socializing because it was so easy in the large group.
