I've come to a realization recently-

Y'know how Hierophant entered the nurse in episode 2 to control her right?

In the anime it shows the stand wrapped around her leg as it begins to control her. It isn't near her mouth at all.

Meaning...Hierophant entered that lady from her uhhh lower regions...
