[Seriously though. I know I should be drawing SG Trepan reference but I’m so going to draw him and Pharma together now because God... just the idea of a SG Pharma makes me so happy. Poor surgeon who hates his job because he’s too sensitive to violent images and he really feels sick when he’s working because “ugh disgusting...!” He just wanted to become a nurse but unluckily he’s too skilled for that. So they made him a surgeon. And Ratchet probably cut off his servos because he was envious... And replaced his arm with a saw at some point... he does these things in canon and then Tarn takes him away because seriously save this poor medic from these psychotic autobots. So now Trepan often works with him because they’re both extremely good surgeons]
