Teriyaki Chicken with extra teriyaki sauce on the side. Heat up a non stick pan slightly, with no oil, Pan fry skin side down till golden in colour, then flip over & pan fry till almost cook. Using the oil from the chicken, stir fry the onions till transparent, followed by some minced ginger. pour in the sauce & cooked till it thickens. Then place the chicken skin side up in the sauce & simmer till cook.
