Seb's current sole opinion about Leah is that she reminds him way too much of his mother to be normal.

Tbh tho, restrained as he is here in the moment, he also knows that not showing up for band practice, ignoring calls and texts, not leaving the house, keeping his window locked, and otherwise blocking Sam from reaching him in general will hurt far worse than a black eye will.

And that's rly his plan bc trivializing Dem's borderline emotional abuse and equating his actions to Dem's is... not smth he comes back easily from at all.

Especially from someone with intimate knowledge of what he goes through who still chose to use it against him anyway just to be petty. That's a level of trust that's just been breached pretty fuckin badly.

A rhetorical question, as he had no interest in the answer (he already knew what it was.) He'd been on his way out for a smoke and had considered ignoring the comment all together, as he usually tried to do, but the lopsided sentiment irked him a little too much to keep silent. A tired, deadpanned, restrained look being cast over into the laboratory at his stepfather. Judging him without even looking up like the prick he was.

"My hair, my choice. Get off my back."

With a bitter sound, Sebastian turned and continued on his way out. The most peaceful any of their interactions could be, at this point. At least he kept his indoor voice this time.
