Hello!

This is an independent private/highly selective game-verse (IDW on the side) Shadow the Hedgehog roleplay blog, written by Haley (she/her, 18+, agender bisexual) I do have ADHD, depression, and anxiety, as well as autism (and I work full time), so my writing can be sparse. That said, I’m always happy to plot with mutuals! I write Shadow as post-Frontiers, by default, but I can do threads set anywhere in the timeline if the idea strikes! I also have multiple verses to play with.

I am putting it out there now that I have no interest in writing anything from the movies, so I will not interact with any blogs focused solely on them. This is a personal preference, as I simply do not Vibe with their writing. Thank you for understanding!

Honestly? The only thing I could complain about is Kirk's voice acting. He doesn't emote as well as the lines deserve.

At the very least, I feel confident saying Shadow doesn't have a Dark Super form.

His sheer willpower is indomitable. He's clawed his way back from the brink to solidify to himself who he is. He's spent too long being manipulated by multiple third parties. Corruption is something he can, and will, fight off with every ounce of his stubborn strength.

Plus, his body is made to handle negative chaos energy without such a thing happening already. He can move seamlessly between positive, neutral, and positive without shorting out or falling victim to it. I think it's a safe assumption that even with tainted/corrupted energy, he wouldn't be overcome with it like Sonic was in Sonic X.

A good thing, too. Could you imagine Shadow with super form powers, but completely unhinged and not holding back?

You'd need a super form just to knock him back to normal, again.
