not many people know this but the only canonical Supergirl content that exists is season 1 which aired on CBS in 2015-2016 and the virtual season which was posted on AO3 in summer 2017

if you see anything else that’s just from some really bad parody it’s not real

I only started watching SG mid s2 and I remember binge watching s1 where Cat is my hero every single time. The SuperCat fandom is pretty lowkey and I LOVE the fanfics they have, it's all so well put together just like Cat Grant 😂

Friend, there’s a reason I’m binge-reading the SGVS/just recently posted my first SuperCat Halloween story (technically my second, but I got a lot of shit for the first from some folks who weren’t pleased that it wasn’t Supercorp, despite my warning that it would not be). But yes, I too enjoy the relatively chill atmosphere :) and generally high quality fics, which were actually how I got into fandom in the first place! Also, I mean, slightly cold, slightly older, very driven blondes are my type (heyyy Calista and Cate Blanchett!), and I have no shame

Hey everyone who took the time to read and review my Supergirl Virtual Season episode! I’m working on responding to your comments! I’m sorry for taking so long, my grandpa’s health has not been the best in recent months and he’s stubborn to boot; a lot of my time/energy in recent months has been spent doing what I can to help him and my family. 

I appreciate all of you taking the time to read, and comment, and leave kudos, seriously, it’s been a breath of fresh air during an otherwise exhausting time. I hope to respond and connect with you guys this week as time and energy allow, and I can’t thank you enough for your patience!

I would like to thank every diety I never truly believed in, as well as everyone a part of it, for @sgvs

I realize that's kind of dramatic, but I was really feeling awful about Supergirl, myself, and things that were going wrong around me, until I stumbled across those first posts. I had something to look forword to, one I was certain wouldn't let me down(it never did <3), and was really excited to see where it would go.

It began. There was, right off the bat, an enthralling story being told, incredible art, and characters true to the Supergirl I knew and loved. I suppose, now that can be know and love, because the virtual season has done so much for me, even if it's just giving me something to worry(good worry, excited worry :P) or smile about.

I could say a lot more, I could say it a lot better, but I'm just going to leave it here as a v simple thank you. I love it, and love everything you've done, helped with(even if you didn't know it), created, and I'm so so happy that I get to see it every week.
