As part of my recovery from open heart surgery, my Doctor had me walking every day. I started with walking behind my building, then walking around a few blocks, to where I'm now walking around my entire neighborhood.

So, when I come home and tell my sister "I walked the perimeter", she only nods and goes back to watching tv.

But I always chuckle inside.

Guess it's just me. 🤣🤣

Max visits Morning Star in his next adventure.

Going to re re re watch Morning Star for research purposes. 

This isn’t one of the episodes that I’ve seen more times than I want to admit to **cough** Malec, Raising Hell, Iron Sisters, Beside Still Water, Powers that Be, Original Sin, All Good Things **cough** so I just want to refresh my memory of it.

Just rewatched 1.13 for research purposes (Max is going to visit, headcanon of ‘checking the perimeter’) and I forgot how much fun season 1 was. 

Yes, it was cheesy and there was a lot of over acting, but it was full of funny moments that made you chuckle. 

In fact I was enjoying myself so much, that I forgot to take notes. Since I already have THREE Max Adventures in Progress, there is no rush to work on this, but it will give me an excuse to see it again. 

And maybe I’ll re re re re re re watch the episode before it as well.

What was Simon doing all this time Jace and Clary were looking at the baby chest?

I love how Alec is already on point when it comes to Magnus and his parents. Him kissing Magnus was not just a declaration of what he was but also WHO he is interested in.

Poor Magnus is so smitten with Alec that he is afraid of losing him after finally getting him.

Traitor Hodge. Still trying to figure out a way for him to get his ass kicked/killed by Magnus for almost getting Alec killed. I do love protective boyfriend Magnus.

“we have the cup” Hodge is such a dumbass. Did he really think he was Valentine’s equal?

Jace kicking Hodge’s ass without breaking a sweat is beautiful. I miss when Jace didn’t have the weight of the world on his shoulders. And that is what you do to thieves, cut their hand or fingers off.

Izzy coming through the wall bringing the sunrise. Badass and sexy

Camille and Magnus’ reunion. Alec and Magnus kissed ONCE (and what an awesome kiss it was but) and she smelled Alec on Magnus? Interesting. Alec was jealous but he just wanted to get shit done. But Our Malec Queen aka Izzy, was already to put a hurting on a certain vampire. Magnus is scared to lose Alec take 2.

Magnus and Alec were supposed to be guarding the perimeter what happened? I don’t remember if it was a post here or a fanfic on AO3, but it stated that Malec were distracted by each other too much to pay attention.

Alec grabbing Clary from running into the portal. Then he holds her.

Magnus telling Alec that Camille is a done deal. Magnus really wants nothing to stand in the way of him and Alec.

I think Izzy was more pissed over Camille kissing Magnus than Alec was. I like protective Izzy. I just love Izzy.
