y'know that one flashback in Awake, Arise, or be Forever Fallen (s2ep18) where Alec asks what Magnus is scared of and Magnus opens up about being scared of losing Alec while sunlight is streaming in through the windows and hitting their eyes and making the whole scene look really warm and soft?? and them being kind of tired but also happy and, ultimately, in love??

I'm still mad about 2x07

Because of 2x07, we didn't get to see the afterglow after Malec's first time. You cannot tell me that there wasn't any lingering touches, longing looks and beaming smiles between them right after the next day.

But because the show clearly didn't plan to confirm that they even had sex (beside that ugh talk between Jace and Magnus), it went overlooked, and there wasn't any change in their intimacy until later episodes.

I know 2x18 fixed it, and the physical intimacy changed after that episode a little as well. But because we got their whole first time in flashbacks, and because those flashbacks were filmed after 2x08, I'm sad we were robbed from witnessing their pure happiness and smiles and touches the next day.

(Like when Magnus couldn't stop smiling after Alec kissed him in the wedding in season one. Which was their first kiss.)
