I really hope we'll get some love confessions or romantic gestures from Magnus is s3. Don't get me wrong I love Alec confessions of love with all my heart and I understood that Magnus gave Alec his space and time to navigate the relationship (like with the sex and the first I love yous). But it just feels like Alec is always the one to say the nice things first and to entities all of their touches and kisses. And I reaaaaalllly want some sappy Magnus being romantic and lovey dovey and saying cliche things to his boyfriend so the other boy will feel just as loved.

well we can never really trust teasers they always make out things worse than they actually are (remember the ‘what do you want from me?’ ‘nothing’)

but dont worry! given that theyre prob arguing about the whole shadowhunters/downworlders conflict it means its gonna be high quality angst aka angst that will lead to character and relationship development.

im guessing (guessing!!) alec will be focused on the shadowhunters dying, which isnt wrong considering death = not good, but will consequently disregard the downworlders, or say something insensitive. Magnus calls him out on this and they argue. Or maybe Magnus refuses to elaborate, we dont know! Hopefully, we’ll see Alec work through the things he’s learned as a shadowhunter, and Magnus open up more and share his own feelings and experiences concerning this conflict! Very exciting stuff!!Also if its in 211, Michael Reisz wrote it and he’s the malec and angst king

cool gills! I'd like to point out something. After Alec says cool gills, Madzie glances at Alec's neck rune and back at him before she smiles. I love that little detail, it's like shrinking the gap between warlocks and shadowhunters. it's so pure!

About Magnus showing Clary his cats....It was funny but also smart, because he remembered what she said about him not having a cat, and this was before she told him about being from another dimension and before he believed her. 

So he remembered her reaction to his cat and used it to show her the differences of their worlds.
